Meet your doctor
Your first visit covers an exam and any necessary X-rays, a conversation about what we find, and a plan that makes sense to you — purpose, alternatives, timing, and expected fees, explained before care begins.
About the new patient intake form: please do not send medical history, Social Security numbers, insurance IDs, or payment details by email or through this page. In-house membership plan
No insurance? Keep your care covered for $350 a year.
Our in-house discount plan keeps preventive care predictable for patients without dental insurance — one annual membership, a full year of included checkups and cleanings, and member discounts on treatment.
- 2 checkup exams per year, plus 1 emergency exam per year
- 2 regular cleanings per year — or 3 periodontal maintenance cleanings after scaling & root planing
- All necessary X-rays and preventive care planning included
- 15% off eligible additional treatments · 10% off eligible orthodontic treatment · 10% off eligible implant treatment
The membership is an in-house discount plan, not insurance. It runs 12 months, is non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be combined with insurance, promotions, or financing. Additional family members are $300/person/year when the family enrolls together.

Questions we hear often
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday during office hours, 9 AM–6 PM. Calling before you arrive gets you the fastest scheduling, especially for urgent pain.
Are you open on Saturdays?
We're open every other Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM, and closed Sundays. Hours can change, so please call (718) 454-4444 to confirm Saturday availability before you come in.
I have a DMO, HMO, or union plan. What should I do?
Call (718) 454-4444 with your member information. Network participation, assigned-office rules, referrals, and benefits can vary by the exact plan, and we'll check yours before your visit.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
Our in-house membership plan is $350/person for 12 months (additional family members $300/person/year when enrolling together), with checkups, cleanings, X-rays and treatment discounts included. It's an in-house discount plan, not insurance. Financing through Cherry is also available, subject to application/approval and Cherry's terms.
